Joint Commission rescinds interim action to MM.4.10
In a memo to hospitals in April, The Joint Commission indefinitely rescinded the interim action for MM.4.10, EP 1, for EDs. The decision effectively ended the requirement for a retrospective pharmacy review of all drugs administered in the ED that do not receive a prospective review.
